By using FastVid, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement or use the service with the authorization of a parent, guardian or organization as applicable.

Local law may impose additional rules. You are responsible for determining whether your intended download and use are lawful.

FastVid validates supported public links and can process authorized Facebook page source deliberately submitted by a user. It requests available media information from external services and presents download or render actions. Availability, quality, format, audio and processing time depend on the source and providers.

FastVid does not guarantee access to every post, permanent availability, a specific resolution, uninterrupted operation or an error-free file.

Use FastVid only for media you own, have permission to save, is in the public domain or may otherwise be lawfully downloaded for your intended purpose.

You remain responsible for copyright, privacy, publicity, contract and platform-rule compliance after a file is downloaded.

Do not use FastVid to infringe rights, harass people, distribute unlawful material, bypass access controls, collect private information, introduce malware, overload the service, automate abusive traffic or misrepresent affiliation.

Do not submit passwords, authentication cookies, account tokens or content you are not authorized to process.

FastVid depends on Cloudflare, media gateways, render services, Facebook, Meta, content-delivery networks and media hosts. Their terms, technical changes and availability remain outside FastVid's control.

FastVid is independent and is not authorized, sponsored or endorsed by Facebook or Meta. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.

FastVid's site design, text and software are protected as applicable. Rights in submitted or downloaded media remain with the creator or other rights holder.

A download action does not transfer ownership or grant a license to republish a work.

We may restrict abusive requests, reported URLs or access that threatens security, providers or other users. Features can change or stop when dependencies or legal requirements change.

Material terms changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

FastVid is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for third-party content, lost files, source changes or unauthorized user conduct.
