Facebook Reels Downloader

Paste a Facebook Reel link and choose a video option when one appears in the results.

Use the link copied from the Reel's Share menu.

Facebook Reels Downloader Features

  • Facebook Reel link input: Paste the complete link copied from the Share menu on the Reel you want to download.
  • Available video quality options: Choose from the resolutions returned for that Reel. The available quality depends on the source.
  • MP3 when an audio option is available: Select an MP3 result when FastVid returns one for the Reel; not every Reel provides an audio-only option.
  • Downloads on desktop and mobile: Use the browser workflow on Android, iPhone, iPad, Windows, macOS, or another desktop system.

How to download a Facebook Reel

1

Copy the Facebook Reel link

Open the Reel, select Share, and copy its link. Copy the address of the Reel itself, not a feed, notification, or message link.
2

Paste the Reel link into FastVid

Put the complete URL in the field above and select Download.
3

Choose a Reel download option

Select one of the video or audio actions shown. If an option says Render, select it and keep the page open until the file is ready.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where should I copy the URL for a Facebook Reel?

Open the Reel itself, use its Share menu, and copy that link. Paste the Reel URL into FastVid rather than the address of a feed, notification, profile, or message thread.

Why is one Reel available in 1080p but another only in a lower resolution?

Each Reel has its own returned set of files. FastVid displays those resolutions as-is, so it cannot add a 1080p choice when that version is missing from the source.

Can I save a Reel's soundtrack as a separate file?

Look for an MP3 or another audio action in that Reel's results. When the page shows video choices only, FastVid has not received a separate soundtrack file for that URL.

The Reel had music on Facebook. Why is the saved video silent?

Audio depends on the result you selected: some files contain it, while others may not. Try another returned video action or Render option if available; FastVid cannot rebuild audio that is absent from the supplied files.

Will a creator's logo or on-video caption disappear after download?

No. FastVid does not edit a Reel or erase elements baked into its frames. A creator logo, caption, or other mark in the selected file stays part of the saved video.

I can watch the Reel only while signed in. Can the Reel field retrieve it?

Not when Facebook requires your account or audience permission. If the Reel already plays in your authorized session, the page-source downloader is the relevant workflow; it still cannot unlock content you are unable to view.

Can I paste a profile or Reels tab to save every Reel?

No. This tool expects individual Reel URLs. To save multiple Reels in a batch, use the Facebook Bulk Downloader to paste up to 5 Reel links at once.

Should I sign in anywhere if a Reel link redirects to Facebook login?

Do not enter Facebook credentials into FastVid. The Reel field accepts only a URL; a login redirect usually means the Reel is not available to the public-link request.

Why does a Reel link copied from a DM or notification fail?

A message or notification can point to a redirect instead of the Reel itself. Open the Reel, copy a fresh URL from its Share menu, and try again; a deleted or audience-restricted Reel can still return no result. See the troubleshooting guide for further checks.

How do I move a downloaded Reel from Safari into Photos on iPhone?

Open Safari's Downloads list, select the saved video, tap Share, and choose Save Video when iOS offers it. Until that step, the Reel normally remains in Files or Safari's configured download folder; the phone guide includes the full walkthrough.
