For a reproducible public-link error, include the public URL, device, browser, approximate time and exact error message. Explain which format or action failed. This information helps us distinguish a URL-pattern problem from a temporary source failure.

Do not send your Facebook password, session cookie, access token, private page source or unrelated personal data. Support does not need account credentials.

Use the subject Privacy Request and describe the right or question you want us to review. We may need enough information to identify a message or record that actually belongs to you, but we will not ask for a social-media password.

Read the Privacy Policy first for details about submitted URLs, technical request data, browser preferences, analytics choices, providers and retention.

Use the subject Copyright Notice and include the copyrighted work, the FastVid URL or submitted media URL involved, your contact details, a statement of authority and a good-faith explanation. Incomplete notices can delay review.

FastVid cannot remove a file hosted solely by Facebook, Meta or another media host. Contact the hosting platform when the underlying post itself must be removed.
