1. Veriler ve amaçlar

FastVid Instagram URL'sini veya kullanıcı adını, seçilen aracı ve etkin isteğin medya bilgisini işler. Gizli akış, yapıştırılan kaynak kodunu da işler. 2. Sağlayıcılar, depolama ve saklama

Our hosting and network providers may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, request time, requested route, headers, and error or security events. FastVid does not maintain its own application database of this technical activity.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information included in your message. Your browser also stores limited preference data described in Section 6.

3. Haklar, güvenlik ve iletişim

We may also process limited technical information to secure the service, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, enforce these Terms, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use submitted links to build a behavioral advertising profile.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing is based on providing the service you requested, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting FastVid, compliance with law, or consent where we specifically ask for it. You may withdraw consent for future processing when consent is the applicable basis.

4. Service providers and external platforms

FastVid is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare may process network and technical request data as our infrastructure provider and may handle that data in accordance with its own privacy and data-processing terms.

The Instagram link and, when applicable, source HTML are sent to a configured media-extraction provider so it can return available media. Requests may also reach Instagram, Meta, their content-delivery networks, and media hosts when a link is resolved or a file is delivered. A private-link fallback may send the submitted Instagram URL to savevideo.to when local resolution is unsuccessful.

These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Providers may change as FastVid's infrastructure changes; we will update this policy if a change materially affects how information is handled.

5. Download delivery and temporary media handling

FastVid does not operate a persistent media library. Video and image bytes may pass through FastVid while a file is streamed to you, and ZIP archives are assembled temporarily for the current request. Image responses may be cached briefly to improve delivery; the current application cache instruction is up to five minutes.

Download actions use signed tokens containing the information needed to retrieve a specific file. These tokens are designed to expire after a short period, currently about ten minutes. FastVid does not claim ownership of media returned by an external source.

6. Browser storage and cookies

At the date of this policy, FastVid uses local browser storage to remember the selected theme and whether you have responded to the storage-preference banner. These values remain on your device until you clear site data or your browser removes them.

FastVid does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or cross-site tracking pixels. Accepting or declining the preference banner does not enable behavioral advertising. If optional analytics or advertising is introduced, this policy and the available controls must be updated before that processing begins.

7. Retention

Submitted Instagram URLs, private-workflow source HTML, and download history are not written to a FastVid application database. They are processed for the active request and are not retained by the application as a user history. Short-lived download tokens expire automatically.

Messages sent to contact@fastvid.net may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain support records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete an email conversation when no exception requires its retention.

Cloudflare, extraction providers, email providers, Instagram, and media hosts may keep technical logs under their own retention schedules. FastVid does not control those independent retention periods.

8. No sale of personal information

FastVid does not sell or rent personal information. At the date of this policy, we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and do not use submitted links for targeted advertising.

If our advertising or analytics practices change, we will update this policy and provide any notice or opt-out mechanism required by applicable law before the new practice begins.

9. International processing

FastVid and its providers may process requests in countries other than the country where you live. Cloudflare operates a global network, and extraction or media providers may process data from different locations.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we rely on the transfer mechanisms and contractual protections made available by the relevant service provider. You can contact us for more information about the providers used for FastVid requests.

10. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. Send requests to contact@fastvid.net; we may need enough information to verify that a request relates to you.

Because FastVid does not maintain user accounts or an application download history, we may have no stored application record that can be connected to you. We will explain the result of a request and any legal exception that applies.

California residents may also request information about applicable collection, use, disclosure, correction, and deletion practices and may exercise applicable rights without discriminatory treatment. FastVid does not currently sell or share personal information as those terms are used for California cross-context behavioral advertising rights.

11. Children

FastVid is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact contact@fastvid.net so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

12. Security, policy changes, and contact

FastVid uses measures such as HTTPS, input validation, domain allowlists, server-side secrets, file-size limits, and expiring signed tokens. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so do not submit credentials or information that is unnecessary for the requested feature.

We may revise this policy when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The Last updated date identifies the current version, and material changes will be presented through the website when appropriate.
